1999.1  the establishment of 2857 Information Service Center
1999.3  the broadcast of Modern English on BTV
2000.3  the broadcast of Modern English on BTV-1;
2000.4  the joining of “Beijing Citizens Learning English Committee”;
               the establishment of the English learning Column in Beijing Youth Daily;
               the establishment of English Learning Club
2000.6  the running of short-term experimental English training class in Beijing 
2000.7  the broadcast of Modern English on CETV-3
2000.8  the completion of the first short-term experimental English training class with excellent achievements by 1,000 people
2001-   the establishment of three Modern English schools in Beijing
2002-   the Modern English schools in Beijing amounting to 14
2003-   the establishment of 21 Modern English schools all over China
2004-   the Modern English schools in China amounting to 21;
2005-   the establishment of Chengdu Modern English School
2007-    the establishment of Shuangnan Campus of Chengdu Modern English School and Yangxi Campus of Chengdu Modern English School

1999年3月 《洋话连篇》电视节目在北京电视台播出
2000年3月 《洋话连篇》电视节目在北京1套首播
2000年4月《洋话连篇》加入“北京市民讲英语委员会”;
                   《北京青年报》和办市民学英语专栏
                     应观众要求开设了会员俱乐部
2000年6月　在北京开设短期口语培训试验班
2000年7月 《洋话连篇》进入中国教育3台播出《洋话连篇》进入2000年北京电视节
2000年8月   首期短期培训试验结束，累计培训1000人次，取得良好效应
2001年—洋话连篇”在北京设立了三所语言培训学校
2002年—洋话连篇”北京发展至14所学校
2003年—洋话连篇”走向全国，在全国发展至21所学校
2004年—洋话连篇”在全国发展至29所学校
                   成都洋话外语学校成立
2005年—洋话连篇”在全国发展至37所学校
2007年— 成都洋话外语学校新增2家分校——双楠校区、羊西校区 
2011年— 成都洋话外语学校新增第4家分校——东门校区
